We’re happy to introduce another great member of our team at Physical Achievement Center. Meet Ashley Reyes-Nunez, Physical Therapist Assistant ⭐️

Ashley is passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life and return to the activities they enjoy most. She creates a positive and encouraging environment where patients feel supported as they work toward their goals. Originally from Greenleaf, Wisconsin, Ashley developed her passion for healthcare through her love of helping others and earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. She finds the greatest fulfillment in seeing patients achieve milestones they once thought were not possible.

Outside of the clinic, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, including her two younger brothers and extended family, making memories together whenever she can.

“I had been experiencing pain in my shoulder for the last three years. I attributed the pain to landscaping, weeding, lifting heavy objects. After a day or two it would feel better. Eventually it got worse so I got massages to alleviate the pain. That seemed to help, but it became too expensive to continue. When the pain came back I saw an orthopedic surgeon, he X-rayed it and told me I had arthritis and gave me a cortisone shot. Six months later I went and he offered me another shot and some pain medication, I refused because I didn’t want to start a regimen of shots and pills. After some time the pain got so bad it was interfering with my sleep. I went to a pain relief workshop at the Pain Achievement Center and it sounded promising, just the approach I was looking for. I signed up for 12 treatments, after the first couple of treatments I was receiving relief. I am very pleased with my progress so far. Dr. Eric and his associates are very personable and know how to reach your goal without pain. I can’t say enough good things about PAC and I highly recommend them for pain relief. So happy with my progress.“

“My husband had a stroke in spring of 2024. We went through therapy some place else. They hurried through it. They weren't thorough. Therapy stalled. We were referred to Physical Achievement Center. Since going there the therapy has changed his focus and he is once again moving forward. The atmosphere at PAC is totally different. They treat the whole person not just the diagnosis. He has his sense of hope back. We would recommend PAC to anyone struggling with pain or mobility/ functional issues. You won't regret giving them a chance. We highly recommend them.”

🎥 Watch as John shares his experience with the SprintSet program at Physical Achievement Center.

At 60 years old, John knew something had to change. After struggling to lose weight on his own and even injuring himself while trying to get healthier, he decided to try SprintSet after seeing the results happening around him at our clinic. He wanted to feel better, move easier, and finally recognize himself again.

Since starting the program, John has lost nearly 50 pounds in just over 70 days and noticed major improvements in everyday life. He wakes up feeling better, moves with less effort, and can do things that once felt difficult, like getting up off the ground easily or traveling comfortably without discomfort. Simple daily activities now feel natural again instead of exhausting.

John shares that learning how to fuel his body and trust the process has been truly life changing. We are proud of the progress he has made and grateful he trusted our team with his health journey. 💚
