Staying hydrated is key to feeling your best! Water does wonders for your heart, keeps you cool, supports joint and muscle function, and gives your skin that healthy glow. Ready to sip your way to wellness? Check out this week’s refreshing hydration recipe:

1/2 Cucumber
2 Sprigs Rosemary
1 Handful Thyme
1 Handful Mint

Wash and thinly slice ½ cucumber.
Fill a pitcher with water. Add cucumber slices and herbs.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

Did you know massage could help with cellulite?

Massage therapy offers more than just relaxation—it can support the lymphatic system, enhance blood circulation, and even help reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Massage Techniques for Targeting Cellulite:
- Apply body oil upward from the feet or knees to promote smoother strokes and stimulate circulation.
- Use your fingers to knead smaller areas like the inner knees and shoulders.
- Use your whole hand for larger areas such as the hips, thighs, and abdomen. This encourages blood flow toward the skin’s surface.
- Kneading motions, similar to working dough, help mobilize waste deposits beneath the skin.
- Use your fists to gently move and break up cellulite bulges, supporting the body’s natural elimination process.
- Try a wringing motion, as if twisting a towel, to further loosen fatty deposits.
- Finish with deep, upward strokes from the hands and feet. This technique helps stimulate metabolism and supports the body’s detoxification pathways.
