Real change begins when we’re willing to do something different.

At Arise Balanced Wellness, healing isn’t approached from just one direction. It’s a place where multiple forms of care and medicine come together to support the whole person.

Movement through yoga.
Hands-on bodywork.
Energy healing and Reiki.
Ancient wisdom through Ayurveda.
Retreats and experiences designed for deeper transformation.

Each modality offers a different way to reconnect with yourself — physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically.

When we begin to bring balance back to these parts of ourselves, we begin to increase the overall quality of our lives.

You don’t have to know exactly which path is right for you yet.

Sometimes the first step is simply allowing yourself to begin exploring what’s possible.

Step into a class, book a session, or join us for an upcoming event.

Your next step toward change starts here. ✨

Something inside you begins to wake up. At first it is subtle. You simply start noticing things you didn't notice before.

The way your body feels in certain rooms. The conversations that nourish you and the ones that drain you.

Awareness is powerful, once you see clearly, you cannot unsee.

Tonight’s Dr. Stephanie Note, awakening to the truth of your own life.

Something shifts when we practice together with intention.

Each class offers a different doorway into the practice — from alignment and strength to stillness, breath, and deeper awareness.

Our guides bring years of experience and their own unique perspectives, creating space for movement that supports not just the body, but the mind and spirit as well.

Wherever you are in your journey, there is a practice here for you.

Sameness feels safe.

Our nervous system loves predictability. When we know what to expect, we relax. We stay in familiar patterns because they feel comfortable — even when those patterns aren’t actually creating the life or health we want.

The unknown can feel uncomfortable. Sometimes even a little scary.

But that space is also where change happens. Where healing begins. Where growth and evolution live.

Many of the small practices I share online are gentle ways to begin shifting your experience — simple changes that can increase the quality of your life.

But those practices are only the tip of a much larger iceberg.

When we work together, we explore what your body, mind, and nervous system actually need. I often refer to these as “prescriptions” or “medicine,” but they can take many different forms — lifestyle practices, herbal support, nervous system regulation, and other protocols designed specifically for you.

The intention isn’t only to address symptoms.

It’s to support your physical health, mental and emotional wellbeing, and to help you create a life you genuinely feel excited to live.

If something in you feels curious about that path, it would be an honor to walk that journey with you.

There are two kinds of hard in life.

The hard of abandoning yourself
and the hard of becoming who you really are.

One slowly drains the life out of you.

The other asks everything of you.

Living the life your soul is calling you toward is not always the easy path.

Sometimes the truest path asks more of you.

It asks you to tell the truth when it would be easier to stay quiet.
It asks you to walk away from what no longer feels right.
It asks you to stand in what you know, even when others don’t understand.

The hard of abandoning yourself looks like this…

Slowly dimming your own light, trying to keep the peace, meeting expectations, carrying things that were never yours to hold.

And then there is the other kind of hard.

The hard of honesty.
The hard of courage.
The hard of stepping fully into the life that is actually meant for you.

Both require strength.

But only one makes you come alive.

Choose the hard that leads to truth.
The hard that keeps your spirit awake.
The hard that allows life to move through you fully.

When we choose the life that is truly ours to live, something powerful happens.

Life rises to meet us there.

If you’re ready to live your best life, I am here to guide you to actualization.

Immune support, from an Ayurvedic lens, is never just about fighting illness.

It is about tending to agni.
Supporting the liver.
Clearing excess heat.
Strengthening resilience before imbalance takes hold.

And when imbalance does arise, supporting the body so it can respond quickly and efficiently.

This is why we formulated both…

✨ Elderberry Syrup nourishes and protects — rich in antioxidants, warming to digestion, soothing to the respiratory tract.

✨ Kalmegh, the King of Bitters, clears and fortifies — supporting liver function, reducing excess heat and congestion, and strengthening immune intelligence at the root.

Together, they create a layered, intentional approach rooted in Ayurvedic medicine — supportive for daily resilience and powerful when used at the first signs of illness.

At Arise, our products are not separate from the practice.
They are an extension of it — small, daily rituals that build long-term vitality.

Available in studio, online, and at .

If you want to understand what your body specifically needs, that is the deeper work we offer here.

This Is Who We Are.
And it’s time the world sees it.

✨ The week of Feb 23–29, we’ll be gathering photos and short video clips during classes to help share who we are and what we offer.

At Arise, yoga is not one style, one teacher, or one way of practicing.

We are a collective of nine deeply skilled, intentional teachers, each bringing their own wisdom, training, and lived experience to the mat.
This level of depth and variety is rare and it’s entirely intentional.

Because bodies are different.
Nervous systems are different.
Seasons of life are different.

And yoga is meant to meet the whole human, not just the physical body.

Here you’ll find practices that are grounding and slow, strong and dynamic, restorative and subtle.
Within that range, there is space to discover what truly supports your mind, body, and spirit.

Participation in the photos and videos is always optional.
If you prefer not to be included, simply let your teacher know — every request will be honored, no explanation needed.

🤍 As a thank you, anyone who practices with us that week will receive 10% off all products on the day of your class.

Your presence matters.
Your practice matters.
And together, we make this place what it is.

Join us in practice.
