We love bringing the community together for events, workouts, fundraisers & more- all with a mindset around Wellness! As a Nutrition Club, we provide a healthy alternative to many energy drinks and fast food meals on the market. We are open 7 days per week serving healthy Shakes, Energy Teas, and Protein Coffees. We proudly serve products from the 45+ year old Global Nutrition company: Herbalife. In addition to preparing the drinks for you, we can teach you how to make your own at home, and provide you a meal plan and coaching for your wellness goals!

Quick update for this week! We have normal hours most days, and adjusted on December 24th & 25th for Christmas.

Open Christmas Eve 6:30-1, and no evening hours. Christmas Day we will be closed, and resume our regular hours on December 26th!
