Since it’s , we’d like to highlight some women throughout the month that have been vital to the history of the USA but aren’t always talked about. As allies, we know how history has been skewed and many amazing Black people have been overlooked in their contributions to history. We encourage everyone to go read more about how these women were examples of incredible leadership, inspirational courage, and commitment to change. Today and every day, we aim to stand alongside People of Color and are honored to share their stories and how they’ve inspired us to be braver, more courageous women.

Are you feeling bad because you “failed” at your New Years resolutions? Yeah, us too. But you know what’s great about failure? Every time we fail it is a chance to practice again. It grows our patience, our persistence, our devotion, and our resilience. In some ways, the best part of New Years resolutions is the moment we struggle to keep them because we get to grow in unexpected ways. It’s not that we want to ignore the valid feelings we have that come along with failing to reach our goals, however, remembering the growth that comes in the midst of it can be a helpful reminder the story doesn’t end at failure. Happy Monday, let’s practice failure together ✨

dropping some December wisdom that is inspiring us today to say this:

I know it is tempting to feel like the year is completely over and that it’s “too late” for movement this year. Let’s take a moment and think about how many 5 minutes we have left this year, and how we can use one or two of them to foster growth in our life! Meditate, text a friend, go on a walk, journal, or simply just notice the things around you right now.

It’s never too late to initiate change. ✨
