Jeanette Marie Wills, 79, of Oswego died Wednesday December 17, 2025 at Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester. She was born in Memphis, TN the daughter of the late Lionel and Lucille Pinkston. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother to her family. Jeanette enjoyed reading a good book, traveling with her family, and relaxing watching movies. She was predeceased by her husband Arthur W. Wills, her son Arthur W. Wills Jr, and granddaughter Aurora Dickenson. Jeanette will forever be missed by her loving daughters Julie (Walter Mason) Bonnell of Oswego, and Jeannine (Walter Smith) Dana of Oswego. Jeanette loving being a grandmother to her beautiful grandchildren Ashley Smith, Christopher Smith, Ryan Bonnell, her step grandchildren David Mason, Tyler Stone, Daimon Mason, and her great grand daughter Onyx Dickenson. She is also survived by her sisters Ernestine, and Nellie. Private services will be held in Riverside Cemetery. The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home, Oswego.

Ronald S. Duda Sr.,86; of Fulton, NY passed suddenly, yet peacefully surrounded by his wife and family at Crouse Hospital, Syracuse after enduring a recent illness. Mr. Duda was born in Fulton, NY to the late Stanley and Catherine (Kawalec) Duda. He remained a lifetime resident of Fulton. Ron retired from Nestle/Westreco, Fulton where he worked as a Machinist in the Research and Development Department. He was an accomplished carpenter, millwright and woodworker. Mr. Duda successfully managed three apartment buildings using his skills for many years. He and his wife enjoyed traveling and they have spent 22 years happily wintering at The Villages, FL. Mr. Duda was a past communicant of St. Michael’s Church, Fulton and was a current member of Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Baldwinsville, NY. He was pre-deceased by his sisters: Jeanette Libera and Linda Liadka. Mr. Duda is survived by his wife of 65 years: Virginia Duda of Fulton, their children: Debora Kimberly of Liverpool, NY; Ronald (Carrie) Duda Jr. of Fulton, NY; Daniel (Nancy) Duda of MS., and Mary Kay (Doug) Davis of Liverpool, NY, 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Calling Hours will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 pm Monday at the Sugar Funeral Home Inc., 224 W. 2nd St., Fulton. A Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 am Tuesday at Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Baldwinsville where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Ben Schrantz. Burial will be held in the spring at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton.

She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, listening to music and coloring. Teresa was pre-deceased by her father: Kenneth Reis and grandson: Aiden Saccocci. She is survived by her children: Celeste Kirk of Fulton, NY and Mitchel (Trista Norris) Kirk of Oswego, NY; her mother Mary Reis of Hannibal, NY; 4 siblings: Stephen Reis, Richard Reis, Paul Reis, and Joyce Renfro; her beloved grandchildren: Allen Saccocci Jr., Greyson Saccocci, Emerie Kirk and Oakley Kirk and several nieces and nephews. Thomas F. Oughterson, 73; of Oswego, NY passed peacefully surrounded by love at his home Wednesday, December 10th, 2025, after enduring a lengthy illness. Mr. Oughterson was born in Auburn, NY to the late Richard and Doris (Drake) Oughterson. He has been a longtime resident of Oswego, NY. Mr. Oughterson was a United States Veteran having served in the Marine Corp. during the Vietnam War from 1972-1974. He was a longtime Bus Driver and even continued driving for the Oswego City School District while working as an Oswego City Fireman from 1989-2009. Tom was a kind man who enjoyed travel and his 1975 Harley Davidson Motorcycle. He also enjoyed wind surfing for most of his life. Tom is survived by his daughter: Chelsea Oughterson of OR, his stepdaughter: Paige (Vincent) Fisher of WY; his best friend and loyal caregiver: Patricia L. Oughterson of WY, his brothers: Richard Oughterson and Scott Oughterson both of Auburn, NY and several nieces and nephews. Tom was very excited that he was going to be a grandpa for the first time to his soon to be grandchild due in January. In accordance with Tom’s wishes a Funeral Service and Burial will be privately held at the convenience of the family. There will be no Calling Hours. Roberta I. Kinville, 81; of Oswego, NY passed at University Hospital, Syracuse, NY after a short illness. Mrs. Kinville was born in Fulton, NY to the late Robert and Frances (Perkins) Dennison. She lived in Fulton, NY for most of her life. Mrs. Kinville was a Hannibal High School 1961 graduate. Post graduation, she immediately went to work at Sealright Co., Fulton. Later, Roberta became an Administrative Assistant with Ed Vaynor Advertising, Fulton and then prior to retirement she worked with Stephen Chirello Advertising, Fulton. She was a very active member and volunteer at the First United Methodist Church, Fulton for many years. Mrs. Kinville also enjoyed volunteering at A. L. Lee Memorial Hospital, Fulton and University Hospital, Syracuse. She was pre-deceased by her husband of 58 years: Arlen Kinville in 2020, her sister and brother-in-law: Louise and Dick Godfrey; and her sister-in-law: Janice Hines. Mrs. Kinville is survived by her 4 children: Gayle (John) Hyde of Fulton, James (Hatsumi) Kinville of East Northport, NY; John (Loy) Kinville of Melville, NY and Sue (Robert) MacDonald of Mt. Shirley Belair, 91; one of the most loveable and likeable ladies was welcomed into heaven having passed in the arms of her children after enduring a brief illness. Shirley was born in Burlington, VT to the late James and Ella (Perkins) Ryan. She was a longtime resident of Fulton, NY; Jamestown, NY and has been a resident of North Carolina since 1991. Shirley enjoyed doing puzzles, coloring and playing games on her tablet. She especially liked playing Words with Friends with her beloved younger sister Pat. Shirley also liked watching Wheel of Fortune and she was an avid bird watcher with the various strategically staged birdfeeders around her home. Shirley was pre-deceased by her husband: Andre C. “Mike” Belair in 1991, their son: Stephen “Griz” Belair, her siblings: James Ryan Jr. and Margaret “Peg” Breyette; her sister-in-law: Pat Grey and grandson-in-law: Troy Pierce. She is survived by her children: Thomas (Jo) Belair of Fulton, NY and Cynthia (Robert) Black of NC; her daughter-in-law: Janice Belair of Oswego, NY; her sister: Patricia Ricciardi of Schenectady, NY; sister-in-law: Nilah (Richard) West. Mrs. Belair is also survived by the Best Gifts of her Life; her grandchildren: Rachel Pierce, Marissa (Nate) Donovan, Eric (Alyssa) Belair and Andrea Black; great grandchildren: Kara and Elise Pierce, Simon Donovan, and Elena and Cameron Belair and several nieces and nephews. Paul L. Evans, 77; of Fulton passed away peacefully at home Tuesday, December 2nd, 2025. He was born in Phoenix, NY; to the late Howard and Unis Evans. Mr. Evans was a United States Veteran having served in the Army during the Vietnam War from 1968 to 1971. He was employed as a laborer at a Sewing Material Mill in VA. Mr. Evans enjoyed the three big Fs: family, friends and fishing. He is survived by his longtime partner and companion of 45 years: Gail Collett of Fulton, his children: Christopher Evans of VA, Melissa Evans of VA and Eric Collett of Fulton, his brother: David Evans of VA; 2 grandchildren: Olivia and Ethan Collett and several nieces and nephews. Francis Earl “Frank” “Rebby” Calkins Jr. 76, passed peacefully on November 26, 2025, at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Born in Fulton, NY, Frank was the son of the late Hazel and Francis Calkins. He spent his early years in Niceville, Florida, before returning to New York later in life. Reb worked for many years with the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades (IUPAT), serving as a supervisor from the mid-1960s through the late 1980s. He was proud to lead Boy Scout Troop 715 and to serve as a New York State hunter safety instructor in Oswego County. In his later years, Reb made his second home at Muskies Bar and Grill, where he was a bouncer, cook, and the warm, familiar face who greeted everyone from his corner stool. Reb enjoyed camping with family, cheering on his Buffalo Bills, hunting with friends, and baking the many wedding cakes he became known for. Most of all, he cherished the time spent at home with his beloved wife of 36 years, Jo Lynn, and his faithful dog, Vito. Family came first to Reb, and he loved with his whole heart. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He was predeceased by his son, Cody Calkins; granddaughter, Geonna Calkins; and brother, Max Calkins. Surviving are his wife of 36 years, Jo Lynn (Munger) Calkins; his son Kenneth (Lindy) Calkins of Fulton; granddaughters Belladeonna Calkins and Marissa Calkins; his sister, Lorraine Calkins Tetro (Joe); and many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews. Calling hours will be Thursday December 4, 2025 from 4:00 to 6:00 at the Sugar Funeral Home Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton. Todd A. Castiglia, 63, died Sunday, November 9, 2025 at University Hospital after a long illness. He was born in Fulton to James Castiglia, and the late Shirley Castiglia. He lived in Fulton, moved to California, and then return to Fulton to live out his life. He was a workaholic where you could find him installing floors. He loved spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife Diane Castiglia of Fulton, his sons James Castiglia of Oswego, Joshua Castiglia of Oswego, and his father James Castiglia of Fulton. He is also survived by his siblings Michael Castiglia of Fulton, Michelle (Kevin) Wells of Hannibal, Sherry Castiglia of California, and John Connelly of Oswego. Services will be private. Charles Regan, 71; of Fulton, NY passed away peacefully after a short illness at Van Duyn Rehab and Nursing Center, Syracuse, NY. Mr. Regan was born in Fulton, NY to the late Robert and Elaine (Bartlett) Regan. He has been a resident of Fulton for most of his life. Mr, Regan enjoyed singing and playing the guitar and harmonica. He also liked to talk on the CB and was known as “One-Eye.” Mr. Regan is survived by his 2 daughters: Thressa (Robert) Ward, Tonia (Ernest) Ferro and his 3 sons: Robert Wardhaugh, Thorton Wardhaugh and Ronald Wardhaugh all of Fulton, NY; his siblings: Lewis DeMatteo Jr., Mary Wheeler, and Patty Marriott and his ex-wife and mother of his children: Judy Regan. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren: Michael, Carl, Anthony, Roger, Ernest Jr., Tyler, Jessica, Frank, Antonio, Mackenzie, Harmony, Dora and Novalee; 8 great grandchildren: Lilly, Liam, Destany, Robert, CJ, Hunter, Karlie and Meadow and several nieces and nephews. Shirley Ann (Robbins) Nettles died Monday November 10, 2025, at Crouse Hospital surrounded by many family members. Born on May 23, 1944 in Fulton, she is survived by her husband of 60 years, Ronald K. Nettles. Her eight children: Terri (Daniel) Guernsey, Tammy (Douglas) Feeney, Tracy (David) Dingman, Thomas (Lewanne) Nettles, Tricia (Toby) Cowart, Tiffany (Jason) Wamsley, Tanya (David) Kantrud, Tia (Robert) Jordan, and chosen additional family members Kathleen (Dean) Distin, Beth and Ed Rowell along with 32 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

She lived for many happy years with her husband in Fulton, NY. While raising their children, Shirley was often seen at sporting events, concerts, and school functions. She became a world traveler, an avid diamond dot crafter, roller blader, and enthusiastic dancer.

She spent 48 years as a register nurse providing care to birthing mothers and their babies at Oswego Hospital. A career that not only impacted her patients, their families, but all who were privileged to work alongside her. She retired at the age of 74.

She was an active member of the Fulton Women’s Club, the Oswego Hospital retired nurses’ group, and the Oswego Catholic High School class of 1962 luncheons.

Services will be Saturday November 29, 2025 at 10:00 am at the Sugar Funeral Home Inc. 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton, NY. The family requests no flowers please, donations can be made in memory of Shirley Nettles to the Oswego Health Foundation, maternity services.
