One thing my ideal clients have in common is a desire to move better. A lot of people live with the sensation that their body feels "stuck" - like their shoulders are stuck forward, low back like a brick, hips that don't feel like they move well. And when you try to move a body that feels stuck, it can cause discomfort.
Sometimes this isn't even a muscular problem. As we live, work, experience, and move through our days our fascia responds. Chronic stress, injury, and poor posture cause fascia to become dehydrated, tight and adhesive, resulting in chronic pain and restricted range of motion.
Thai Yoga Massage is different because it:
