3 things I do as a Thai Yoga Massage therapist:

Finished the day with one last Thai yoga massage! Adding the Pha Khaw Ma (the scarf I'm holding) is adding so much to the experience. It quickly decompresses the low back and hips in a way no other technique can!

Tomorrow starts my mini vacation - five days at home with family 💕 next week I am mostly booked up, but after the start of the new year I'll have availability for you! Make sure to book in advance as the busiest time of year is coming up. If you're not finding a spot that works for you, shoot me a message - I might be able to find you a spot or I can add you to the wait-list.

Always be learning! Excited to be studying Pha Khaw Ma Thai Massage with the amazing . This course will take a full year to master yoga massage using cloth, and I'm very excited with what I've already learned!

This is just a short clip of me practicing some basic rocking and traction techniques at home (peep the 🎄 in the background) I'm excited to introduce new techniques every time you come in for your Thai massage!

There's something brewing behind the scenes - something different, something huge.

In Numerology, 2026 is a one year, meaning its energy is steeped in opportunity. It's the start of a brand new journey, when the first steps into a new future will land. I'm running with it and going all in, friends. After this next year nothing will ever be the same for me or for Joy Massage ever again, in all the best ways!

I have huge things planned (I actually wrote it down, that's how you know I'm serious.) I can't give all the details yet, but I can promise that you'll see me at more pop ups and events, you'll see new services, and much much more that I can't mention yet. You might even start seeing changes coming in the next few weeks 👀

My goal is always to provide the best bodywork for pain & stress management to our community. I hope this year offers more opportunities to provide the care you need to live life to the fullest ❤️
