First full moon of 2026!

This Wolf Moon symbolizes our survival of 2025 and embracing the challenges of 2026 with tenacity, endurance and profound optimism!

It is a night for deep reflection as we focus on what we are NOT bringing into 2026. A great night for journaling, embracing new habits and goals, a deep introspection on who and what we want to be in 2026!

I will personally be bringing more exercise into 2026, more somatic breathwork, more patience and new ways of starting my mornings and ending my evenings!
