Social media can be a great way to stay connected—but it can also bring stress, comparison, and drama if we’re not careful.
This week, take a moment to check in with yourself:
• Are the accounts you follow making you feel supported or stressed?
• Are you taking breaks when things feel overwhelming?
• Are you engaging in ways that reflect who you want to be?
It’s okay to log off. It’s okay to protect your peace.
Choose what helps you grow 🌱

🚨 Prevention Alert: What is 7-OH?
7-Hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) is a powerful compound related to kratom that is now being sold in concentrated lab-made products. These products are often misleadingly marketed as natural, safe, or helpful for focus, pain, or anxiety — but they carry serious risks.
👀 Where are these products sold?
You may see them at gas stations, v**e shops, or online as:
• Gummies or chewable tablets
• Liquid “shots” or oils
• V**e pens
The packaging can look like energy drinks or candy, which can make them appear harmless.

Today we remember the lives lost to overdose on Black Balloon Day. 🖤
Behind every loss is a family, a story, and a life that mattered.

We say their names.
We fight the stigma.
And we keep hope alive for those still struggling.
Recovery is real.
You’re not alone.
Addiction doesn’t define you.
You have a purpose.
Keep holding on 🙏
