New year, new routine: keep it SIMPLE.
Here’s your 10-minute “Glow Plan” you can actually stick with:
AM (3–4 min)
1) Gentle cleanse
2) Vitamin C or hydrating serum
3) Moisturizer
4) SPF (non-negotiable)
PM (6–7 min)
1) Cleanse (double cleanse if you wore makeup/SPF)
2) Retinol 2–3 nights/week (build up slowly)
3) Moisturizer
Quick tips:
• Consistency beats complicated
