In this role, you’ll be the friendly face and knowledgeable guide who helps patients get registered quickly and accurately. You’ll work closely with providers, staff, and patients to gather important information, verify insurance, ensure compliance, and help keep everything running smoothly. You’ll also play a key part in communicating financial policies, identifying patients who may need financial counseling, and collecting co-pays and deductibles.

Recently, two members of our Engineering team, Austin and Michael, were spotted brushing snow off a visitor’s car before she headed home. When they were thanked for the gesture, their response was simple: “We try and help out wherever we can.”

It may seem like a small act, but to that visitor on a snowy day, it likely meant the world. Moments like this are a perfect reminder that We Care isn’t just something we say—it’s something our team lives every day.
