There’s something really powerful about slowing down long enough to hear what your body has been trying to say. Most of us push through things we never actually process. We carry tension that becomes normal. We ignore the signs until something forces us to pay attention.

This practice gives you a moment to finally listen. A moment where your body softens instead of bracing for the worst. A moment where your mind stops running and your energy settles back into balance.
