I know how tempting it can be to give your power away, but you are worth SO much more than that!

Caring for and loving yourself is so much more than pampering yourself

And while It CAN mean that, there are much more important things; things that may seem basic and simple, but help build the foundation to be able truly live and appreciate yourself.

These things are:
💧 Drinking water
🛌 Being well rested
🙅🏻 Setting (and MAINTAINING boundaries)
🏠 Doing the hard thing (like sitting with our emotions, or creating structure that works for YOU)

So just to be clear, when I say self care is necessary, I’m not telling you to do a face mask (though if you enjoy them, please feel free to keep doing them!), I’m saying to drink some water, eat some food, get a good night’s sleep, and build a steady foundation for yourself.

This is something I do regularly as a ritual to release old energy, and past versions of myself, but this is also the shortest time period I’ve had in between them (9 months).

When ai filmed the video I was feeling a lot of fear and worry about how I would be percieved, so I took a few days before sharing it. And here we are!
