Greetings of the Season!
I’m reaching out to let you know that as of February 20th 2026 I will be closing my practice here in Otego. I will be taking time to spend with my family.
We will stop accepting new patients as of January 9th, so if there are any issues you’d like to get in to see me for prior to me closing, please seek a referral and reach out to us to get you scheduled.
The phone number and this email address will be dissolved as of our closing. To reach us after we close, please use the following email: sherwoodphysicaltherapy@gmail.com. Tracey and I will check that on a weekly basis. We will still be able to access your records & you can reach out should you, an attorney or doctors office require copies of your records.
I have thoroughly enjoyed this journey, and am grateful to have met & helped all the people that I have.
