Updates!

Just talked with Nina of Healing Beauty Yoga and there are some shifts happening!

Slow Flow Yin Yoga is shifting to a 2 PM class on Tuesdays during January!

Community Yoga for January will be held on Saturday, 1/31 at 4 PM. This is the PERFECT class for either those who want to see if yoga is right for them OR those who want to meet others interested in yoga. This class is just $5!

Our ONLY yoga class this week will be Tuesday morning as Nina Marie Benson, Healing Beauty Yoga brings her Slow Flow Yin Yoga class to Ohm-Zone at 10 AM.

Jim will be back next week to kick off a great new year of yoga classes on Tuesday evenings.
