Fridays at Ohm-Zone in November & December:

The 2nd Friday of each month (11/14 & 12/12) is Kellie's AWESOME Sound Bath Immersion ($15 advance/$20 at door) at 7 PM. This event runs from 60-90 minutes with chakra-tuned crystal singing bowls, chimes, drum and even the unique Ocean Drum that has you believing you're sitting on the shore listening to the waves!

Pilates Stretch at noon will be meeting on 11/28, just in time to start the after Thanksgiving tone up! $15 We'll update the Pilates Stretch classes in December as soon as we get word from Jenice.

Thursdays are kind of hit or miss currently since Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years ALL fall on Thursday this year!

11/20 at 6 PM is our Community Yoga with Nina $5
This is an awesome opportunity to come give yoga a try! ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS (or lack of!) are welcome!

12/4 Full Moon Drumming 7 PM Donation-based
Join us for an evening of drumming, meditation and raising vibrations! All instruments that create vibration (including hands!) are welcome!
