Just back from a week sailing the Ionian Sea in Greece, and I learned something surprising: food really does taste different in Europe.

From the sweetest tomatoes I’ve ever eaten (literally delivered by scooter in Parga!) to feta so creamy it ruined me for life, every meal was simple, fresh, and unforgettable. I even pressed pause on my supplements for the week and went all-natural—and felt amazing.
