Whether you’re a first time mom 👩‍🍼,expecting again🤰, or thinking ahead–this workshop is for you! We’re excited to announce a multi-disciplinary 👩‍⚕️women’s wellness workshop. Come join us for 🌟Beyond Birth: A Women’s Wellness Workshop to learn more about pre-conception, prenatal, pregnancy, and postpartum health🌟. Join our speakers as they take you through your pregnancy 🤰and motherhood journey 👩‍🍼🌟👩‍👧‍👦. Because women’s health doesn’t begin with pregnancy or birth–and it doesn’t end there either.

We will feature 10-minute presentations from providers such as:

➡️ Dr. Jessica Koch, a pelvic floor physical therapist
➡️ Ellise Koenn and Sara Rothgeb from the Fertility and Midwifery Care Center

Following the presentations, we will open our office up to you as an open-house where you can discuss more with each provider one on one to learn from more providers and get more information.

This event will take place April 18 from 9am - 12pm at Morman Family Chiropractic in Ottawa, OH, with the presentations and talks taking place first and the open house following. Last week, I received the best little surprise from the amazing Morman Family Chiropractic team! 🥰 A beautiful box of sugar cookies with the cutest designs made by Sarah at Divine Designs...and so yummy!
There is no greater feeling than working under the same roof with like minded people who only strive to help others feel their best when they leave our doors. I am forever grateful! ☺️

As many of you know, I am entering my super busy season coaching cheer at Miller City! 📣 I don't have any regular massage openings left for the year, but plenty of craniosacral sessions...and I'd love to see you on my table!🤗

A sweet doula client review from a recent birth in June. I am officially registered for a Spinning Babies workshop this fall at Holy Family Birth Center!! Dr. Nikki from MFC and I are excited to be able to better support our pregnant mamas in the office. After this workshop I will be able to:

•Facilitate comfort in pregnancy and ease in childbirth for my clients
•Improve fetal position without manipulation of the fetus
•Identify issues faster; gentle actions to shorten a long labor or avoid a cesarean
•Use less (or no) force to resolve malposition and labor dystocia
•And much, much more!

I understand things come up and you cannot make it, but please be understanding that if you don't show up, I do not get paid. I don't get paid if I don't have enough time to fill your spot either.

•When you become a client of mine, you sign this policy on the back of the Intake Form•

My office sends out a reminder 24hrs before your appt, so please reply to that text OR send me a message if you can't make it in!
