Our Story

Pleasant View is non-profit life plan community in Ottawa, Illinois. Also referred to as a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), the beautiful, tree-lined campus includes short-term rehabilitation, villa homes, assisted living, residential healthcare and memory care.
