Based in Illinois and delivering nationwide, Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating offers ready-to-eat, dietitian-designed meals that are easy, delicious, and good for you! Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating is the answer to your healthy eating challenges. We provide freshly prepared meals that include fresh fruit, vegetables and salad. SSHE meals are available in all 50 United States and can be delivered right to your door. Meals are low in cholesterol (under 200mg), low in fat (less than 25% of total calories) and are sodium restricted (under 1500 mg). Meals contain zero trans fats, no hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils, no HFCF (high fructose corn syrup), no artificial sweeteners, no food dyes and no harmful additives or preservatives. Each meal comes individually packaged and includes the ingredient label and nutritional fact panel. Meals are set on a 5 week menu rotation, offering 21 different meals each week, and 105 different meals over the 5 week period. There are no gimmicks, contracts or sign-up fees. You don’t have to be a vegetarian to fall in love with plant-based meals—no fooling! 🃏 It all starts in our kitchen, where we roast bundles of cauliflower until they’re perfectly tender and golden. From there, they’re simmered in a rich, spiced tikka masala sauce.

While that’s coming together, we prepare a side of fluffy brown rice, blend a fresh, vibrant cilantro sauce, and warm soft mini naan bites to complete the dish. Then comes the best part for you! 😀

We carefully portion and package everything fresh, sealing in all that flavor so it’s ready when you are. Just heat, eat, and enjoy a wholesome, chef-crafted meal that tastes as if it came straight from the kitchen… because it did.

You may be wondering why we're featuring our Tortellini Pomodoro on National Ravioli Day! Well, you’re in for a little treat – and we’re not just talking about the tasty biscotti that comes with this meal!

The Illinois Valley—home base for Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating—has a rich Italian heritage, and around here, things are done a little differently. Generations ago, Italian immigrants brought their recipes (and their dialects!) with them… and somewhere along the way, “ravioli” became the catch-all name for just about any stuffed pasta.

So in true Illinois Valley fashion… whether it’s ravioli or tortellini, today we’re celebrating it all!
