I recently finished my training to become a certified brain health coach. I will be sharing insightful information on brain health for all ages, breaking generational curses, and healing trauma. "Hello! My name is Erica Verhoff. I am married and have three amazing children. I have been a licensed massage therapist, craniosacral therapist, somato-emotional release therapist, and myofunctional release therapist for over 20 years. I have extensive specialized training in pediatrics and trauma. I am a certified christian mental health and life crisis coach. I most recently became certified as a brain health coach as well. The name of my business is Best Version Therapy. I am located inside Morman Family Chiropractic.
I am very passionate about helping other people. My faith has always been my foundation. I continually try to be a vessel for God. I love what I do and care about all of my clients. I have a lot of experience and knowledge in this field. I grew up in the world of holistic health thanks to my mom and I do my best to raise our children holistically as well.
I love spending time with my family, including our two golden doodles. I also enjoy visiting with my friends over a cup of coffee. I love being a mom, all things health, nature, traveling, going for walks, warm sunshine, and beautiful sunsets. "

Come join us for 🌟Beyond Birth: A Women’s Wellness Workshop to learn more about pre-conception, prenatal, pregnancy, and postpartum health🌟. Join our speakers as they take you through your pregnancy 🤰and motherhood journey 👩‍🍼🌟👩‍👧‍👦. Because women’s health doesn’t begin with pregnancy or birth–and it doesn’t end there either.

When I was asked to be a part of this presentation, I immediately said YES! Not because I need the business. I do not. I am booked several months in advance. I simply said YES to continue to make a difference in the lives of our community. I care very deeply and am very passionate about what I do and who I see. I have witnessed the profound positive changes that craniosacral has made in my client’s lives, my children’s lives, and my own life. Being a mom is my favorite thing and means the world to me. I would love to use this opportunity to help you on your motherhood journey . I have been doing this for over 20 years. I will not only be focusing on preventing the helmet. I will be talking about the effects of trauma, both physical and emotional. I will be talking about brain health. I am staying after to meet with you and answer any personal questions you may have. I will be sharing techniques to help balance your babies and kids of all ages (even your own) cerebral spinal fluid. When you do this, you can balance your nervous system, which helps every other system in your body function properly. This is also great for your immunity. These are the same techniques I share with my paying clients. This is a great opportunity for you to learn how your bodies work and what you can do at home for free to help your family and yourself. I am hoping you will say YES to your family’s health and well being! Plus you get to hear from two other extremely knowledgeable local leading experts! Everyone is welcome!
