✨ The New New ✨ Wisteri-Yoga is my foundation, my home for healing — a space where yoga and Reiki weave together through the chakras, blending light work, shadow work, and deep embodiment. From restorative and sound-bath sessions to chakra-focused yoga and Reiki trainings, every offering has always carried one message: healing begins when we remember ALL of who we are.
Over time, these teachings are growing beyond the mat. Becoming journals, manuals, and published guides — words that move through me and into the hands of students around the world. These seeds have continually been blossoming into something bigger.
