Here's my weekly check in! The left is a rare snow day in LA! I wore my son's camo coveralls and almost cried at how thick I looked. The right is the day after Christmas going light-looking in a pair of jeans I couldn't wear before AND I have on thermal underwear underneath! Yes, ladies be careful in your wardrobe choices! The camo was a bad decision but Tru was one of the best!

So I decided it was about time to do an update! I have been on Tru for 4 1/2 months and have reached my first goal of 50 pounds lost for ever! But the best part is how good I feel! I used a cane for 3+ years no more cane, no wobbly walking more stable on my feet. I have been working in my yard which is something I have not done in over 10 years it feels amazing

I lost about 60lbs in one summer! I used two pills twice a day. One releases fat, letting go of cellulite and toxins, while the other helps with appetite control and energy. So, if you're looking for LONG LASTING RESULTS then you MUST take them together and be CONSISTENT for them to work properly.

I drank 60oz of water a day and I tried not to eat more than 1200 calories but I still ate bad food just a lot less of it I proportion my self now
