“Three months ago my sister- bless her persistent soul, talked me into going to a Yoga class. I nervously gave it a shot.
Enter, Korey, studio owner, Yoga guru and part-time magician. She is wildly knowledgeable and incredibly kind, all while teaching classes that turns your muscles into jelly… in a good way! Her encouragement made every class feel like a victory dance.
About 6 weeks in Korey said to me”
Jayne you have improved drastically!” Cue the fireworks and confetti! That one sentence gave me more confidence and motivation than ever!
Since then I have been addicted to Yoga , but I’ve also embraced Barre and Sculpt class. (Spoiler :they are all challenging classes that make you want to come back for more.
Watching myself improve has been amazing and I’ve learned the real secret is consistency. I work out for my mind, body, and spirit and to be honest the new friends I have met are a great bonus!

Meet the Instructor 👇

“My name is Anuradha Sharma, and I am an instructor specializing in yoga flow and gentle yoga.
My certifications include a 400-hour Yoga Teacher Training that emphasizes pranayamas, bandhas, asanas, and meditation, along with four years of experience. Additionally, I hold a DESE certification as an anatomy and physiology teacher, and I have completed CPR certification for both adults and children. In my class, I like to remind everyone that everybody has a body to take care of and love, so listen to your body first and challenge yourself only in your safe zone. In my yoga flow class, I challenge my students by incorporating a wide range of movements and stretches to increase flexibility and strength, and work on all aspects of the body. In gentle yoga, my class is centered around alignment and pranayama, while in various yoga poses. Outside of yoga, I enjoy biking, baking, and spending time with my friends and family.”

Thank you to our veterans and their families for the sacrifices you’ve endured for your Country, the sacrifices that go far beyond the obligation of your job. Most people will never understand what you’ve lived through and the mental, physical, and emotional effects it has on you for the rest of your life. May today be a reflection of freedom and those who have personally sacrificed everything for the people of this country. Thank you veterans, today is yours. 🇺🇸

Here are ways you can support veterans in your community:
✅shop veteran owned businesses (transitioning to a civilian lifestyle is extremely difficult and often impossible for many veterans- when you come across a veteran owned business, know that the person behind it likely doesn’t have alternatives, when you buy from veterans you are supporting their livelihood, their therapy, their outlet, you are supporting people who signed their life away to protect yours)
✅support veteran non-profits or organizations directly giving back to veterans.
✅Thank them and their families- as much as they may write it off in the moment, you never know when words of gratitude can be just what they needed.
