Meet our Student Spotlight couple, Ryan & Laura Bowling — two people who show up with heart, grit, and commitment on and off the mat. 💛
From Ryan:
Yoga started as a way to maintain strength and flexibility, but quickly became something so much bigger. As a dad of three and a business owner, his days are full — yet his mat has become the place he can breathe, refocus, and recalibrate. Yoga helps him stay grounded, feel accomplished, and keep his body loose for his time on the golf course. His go-to poses? Eagle and Tree — always different, always challenging, always teaching him something new.
From Laura:
After a knee injury sidelined her from the workouts she loved, yoga became the path back to strength. With encouragement from Ryan, she stepped into INPower and found not just movement, but mindfulness, confidence, and community. As a working mom of three, her practice now shows up everywhere — in her breath, her patience, and her resilience. On a recent trip to Colorado, the mantra “I can do hard things” carried her up the Manitou Incline… all 2,744 steps of it.
Her favorite poses? Extended Side Angle (that perfect back release) and Boat Pose as she feels her core getting stronger each class.
Together, Ryan and Laura remind us what yoga really offers: time for yourself, space to grow, strength to keep going, and lessons that follow you far beyond the studio.
