Be so serious right now, that felt good didn’t it?!

The unsubscribe button at the top of all the bs emails is my hero.

So-long inbox clutter ✌🏼

Have you rapid-unsubscribed lately?!

It’s a thrill 😂

Lisa, what does ‘doing research’ actually mean?

Great question, I’d love to tell you 🙃

This time around it’s just lumped into a regular visit!

Surveys are done before, after and then a few days after.

Lotsssss of questions collecting all kinds of fabulous data about chiropractic care and pregnancy.

Well! That was easy.

Makes you want to come in and participate right?!

And you can if…..you’re >18yrs old, singleton, low risk pregnancy >18wks, English speaking with access to the internet.

Ok, send this to all your friends who are pregnant and want to make an impact add to the (currently minuscule) body of clinical evidence on care for women during pregnancy! 👊🏼

Here’s a simple Ayurvedic tip that can make holiday meals feel so much better—especially if you’re pregnant.

🍗 Avoid large amounts of liquid before and instead, sip small amounts of a room-temp bevy with the meal to leave more space for yummy foods. 🍗

It’s a simple way to ease pressure, reduce bloating, reflux and heartburn and help your meal feel more satisfying.

Gobble, gobble my friends!

Holding your bladder is not an Olympic sport, although a lot of us out here are training like it is.

Be kind to your pelvic floor and your nervous system. Listen to your body and respond in kind.

Holding it increases pelvic floor tension, overall body tension and I bet you’re holding your breath while you do it too.

It’s hard to think well or do anything very comfortably if you’re holding your bladder for extended periods of time.

So be kind to yourself. Go p*e. 💛

Ever wonder why everything can feel wobbly and tight at the same time during pregnancy?

Why does it feel like your pelvis is falling apart?
Why does stretching feel so good and then you feel tight again 5 minutes later?

As relaxin softens your joints and ligaments to make space for baby, your muscles often step in to create extra stability—sometimes a little too much.

That tension can leave you feeling tight, stiff, sore, or unbalanced even though your brain is just trying to help, locking down those muscles is not actually functional.

Chiropractic care helps support you through these changes—easing muscle tension, improving joint mobility and targeted strength work to help find functional stability.

Let’s work together to help your body move and adapt with more comfort and confidence 🙌🏼

A glimpse into my brain.

Most of these are books I reference or recommend on the daily (and some of them are missing bc I lend them out) - while also being a stylish stack 🙃

Do you see any titles you recognize?

What should I add to this shelf that has been a useful tool in your parenthood journey?
