Dear DSI Community,
We want to inform you with a heavy heart and profound sadness, something that we never thought would happen to our office. DSI will be closing its doors due to the current economic conditions; as a start-up, specific metrics must be met, and the current economic climate has made those goals and metrics hard to meet and sustain. We understand that this news may shock and cause immense inconvenience for some of our patients, and we are genuinely sorry for any difficulties this may cause. As a start-up, we take the biggest hits during times of uncertainty and economic struggle. Our goal was to grow and impact our community; however, the current economic climate makes it hard for us to continue to keep our doors open.
We express our deepest gratitude for the trust and loyalty you have shown us. It has been an honor and a privilege to serve and care for every one of you. The connections and relationships we have built with you have been invaluable, and we have cherished every moment spent caring for you and your families.
Please know that this decision was not taken lightly, and it pains us to go this way; however, just like we cared for many of you, we, too, have to care for our families during these struggling times. We will do everything we can to assist you during this difficult transition.
We will be happy to provide you with a list of local chiropractors we trust to continue your care. We will also be glad to provide you with your medical records and any other information you may need to ensure a smooth transition to a new provider.
This decision to close our doors was not an easy one, and it is one that we did not take lightly. We want you to know that we genuinely appreciate the support and love you have shown us, and we will forever be grateful for the memories we have shared.
Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to serve you and your families. You made what many thought impossible possible, and we thank every one of you for your efforts. We will always treasure the memories we have shared and the relationships we have built. We will never forget this loving community.
Sincerely,
Dr. David Corona and Dr. Shawn Herman
