All the dry needling, adjustments, shockwave, posture braces, red lights, massages, stand-up desks, foam rollers, percussion guns…it doesn’t hold a candle to stressing your body and reaping the adaptations that come from resistance training, getting your heart rate up and mobility work. Those are the things that create a durable and capable body and they CAN’T be done by any other means than YOU putting in work and time. Don’t major in the minors.
