Because our appointment times are thoughtfully reserved just for you and our providers, we will be introducing a flat cancellation fee for appointments that are canceled late or missed. This helps us respect everyone’s time and continue providing the level of care you expect from us.

To hold appointments moving forward, we will also require a credit card on file. This simply allows us to secure your time and keep our schedule running smoothly for all clients.
