Just a friendly reminder that you still need to drink water in the winter time! Did you know that hunger pangs can often be signs of dehydration? If you find yourself reaching for a snack (especially in the month of "extra goodies", try reaching for a glass of water first.
Staying hydrated is especially important when you are sick. Add a little himalayan salt if you are needing extra electrolytes and if you are buying electrolyte drinks make sure you read the label to look for dyes and sugar:(
