Hey guys ๐๐๐
It's been a hot minute since I've posted anything food or really given you an update....
The life update will come, but for how here is a little bit of an update on my weight and eating habits ๐
It's been well over a year since I've stopped my keto journey. Since then, very slowly have I introduced all the foods back into my diet. ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅฏ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฉ๐ซ
It started off great! Portion controlled everything and had a good hold on what I was eating ๐
The one day I woke up and๐ฅ BAM๐ฅ I had gained 20lbs from my lowest weight.
OOPS ๐
So I tightened in the purse strings ๐ and just like that I had lost a little. I felt happy with where my body and my weight was, and continued life as usual....
So there I was just humming along, eating what I wanted and the all of a sudden ๐ซBOOM๐ซ I was 25lbs from my lowest weight.
This is where I am right now. ๐
I know I always preach to love yourself where you are, but honestly, I can't preach that if I don't feel it for myself.
So here I am, putting it out there. Day 1 ๐ฅด
I know there are a TON of contributing factors to my weight gain (which I would love to share) , but for now I am giving myself and body the love and attention it deserves....
HOWEVER....
I don't have a plan ๐คฏ
I don't want a plan....
I still want to eat all the things and enjoy life with a couple secret weapons that I will share in due time ๐๐๐
