Ask yourself if you woke up tomorrow, what would YOU want your life to look like? If you want to work on mental changes, than I can help. Sometimes all we need is to formulate a "backpack" filled with cognitive tools/ resources to improve our situations. My focus is too assist in that journey, uncovering solutions, identifying strengths, and filling your "backpack" with healthy coping skills. Through individualized therapy you CAN wake up to life you pictured tomorrow, not just dream it. You are the narrator of your story and the ending is completely up to you. The therapeutic process I utilize often encompasses a multitude of different models and techniques tailored to individual client's needs. My hopes are to reduce the shame cycle surrounding mental health and addictions. My motto is " the person is not the problem, the problem is the problem".
