PreferUS Healthcare is a hospital consulting, management and investment company created to deliver western healthcare services to the China marketplace by combining clinical services with our hospital management and training capabilities. PreferUS will initially deliver specialty service line offerings in the orthopedic and cardiovascular areas and will also leverage the reputations and assets of our diverse array of equity partners to expand our service offerings to other clinical areas. In addition to our four major institutional investor partners (Cedars-Sinai, Oklahoma Heart Hospital, Texas Back Institute and Kerlan-Jobe Institute), PreferUS has over 100 physician investors who have committed to play a role ranging from surgical rotations in China to training in the U.S. Since 2008, PreferUS has been cultivating relationships with China’s most senior orthopedic professors who have been instrumental in key introductions to China healthcare leaders as well as China hospital partnership opportunities. Additionally, PreferUS has identified a talented group of high reputation China physicians who will partner with our western physicians to service the Chinese patient.
