Allergies don’t just clog your nose — they restrict rib mobility.

This diaphragm stretch:
• Lengthens intercostals
• Improves airflow
• Reduces neck compensation

Perform 3 reps.

If you feel low back strain, shorten range.

That increases neck tension and fatigue.

Try this breathing drill:
• Kneel or sit tall
• Inhale through nose (4 sec)
• Exhale slow (6 sec)
• Feel ribs expand 360°
