Balance declines faster than strength or endurance if you don’t train it—but the good news is it’s 100% trainable.

If you wobbled after 3 seconds, you’re not broken. You just need practice and progression. That’s exactly what we build into our programs.

Knee pain doesn’t have to be a given as we age!

Here are 3 drills that build strength + resilience:
1. Sit-to-stand squats
2. Step-ups
3. Banded terminal knee extensions

They’re simple but effective. Add them 2–3x/week and notice the difference in how your knees feel.

Cold weather = stiff joints. A simple warm-up can change how your body feels all day. Try these three moves before walks, workouts, or sports:

✅ Ankle circles (10 each way)
✅ knee glides (2x12/side)
✅ Hip openers (5 reps/side)

These drills increase blood flow, loosen tight joints, and reduce the risk of tweaks. Most people skip warm-ups, then wonder why everything feels achy. Don’t skip it.
