Heading into this holiday week it’s natural to reflect on all the things we’re grateful for, and this recent client move was one for the books!
This client of ours is and has been an avid quilter for multiple decades - showing off her talents and her love for the trade. One of the most important aspects of her move was to bring her quilting room back to life once she landed at her new community. We spent ample time collaborating with her on where to place her sewing tables and surrounding furniture, where to fit all of her beautiful quilts for safe keeping, and figuring out just how in the world we can fit all those supplies and project kits!!
She had the impossible task of choosing which fabric, projects, kits, and supplies to leave behind for the estate sale and which ones she would keep. From there - our team went to work to make sure she could see every label, access her supplies, and reach (or point to 😉) any project she wanted to work on in her new space. Seeing her face light up as she took a seat in her beloved red sewing chair in her new quilting room is something we will forever be grateful for!
When working with a senior move manager, it’s more than just hiring a team to pack your belongings. It’s trusting them to hear your deepest wishes and bring those to life. It’s knowing that they’ll hear a simple comment “I can read the labels on the orange tape much better” and implement that so you can navigate your space with independence. It’s leaning on a whole team of people who are here to take care of YOU, not just your “stuff”.
We’re proud to be senior move managers and to simply say “we’re grateful” would be quite the understatement, but it’s true. 🪡🧵🥰🧡📐
