Offering a supportive, nonjudgmental space for adults in recovery to explore healing, resilience, and growth. Each session will integrate evidence-based approaches with mindfulness and trauma-informed practices, helping participants strengthen emotional regulation, reduce stress, and build healthier coping strategies.

We’re excited to welcome Louise Muhozi, PMHNP-BC to Responsive Centers!

Louise is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides diagnostic evaluation and medication management services to clients across the lifespan. She brings five years of experience as a PMHNP and has cared for children, adults, and individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges.

Louise is known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach and works closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to support holistic, evidence-based care. She is passionate about creating a supportive and respectful environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their mental health journey.

We’re excited to welcome Molly Woods, PMHNP-BC to Responsive Centers!

Molly is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides diagnostic evaluation and medication management for adolescents and adults. She brings experience in treating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, substance use disorders, and other complex psychiatric concerns.

Known for her warm, collaborative approach, Molly works closely with each patient to create individualized treatment plans that support both symptom relief and long-term wellbeing. She is passionate about providing thoughtful, evidence-based care and helping patients feel respected, understood, and actively involved in their treatment.

At Responsive Centers, Molly is excited to continue her work in innovative treatments for treatment-resistant depression as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The World Health Organization (WHO)'s theme for World Mental Health Day 2025 is “mental health in humanitarian emergencies,” referencing the reality that crises often cause emotional distress while disrupting access to mental health services. 💡
