Welcome to Stratford Commons Memory Care Community, part of Tutera Senior Living & Health Care. Located in an Overland Park, Kansas neighborhood, our memory care center radiates the warm, residential feel of home. A carefully chosen, experienced team builds personal relationships with residents and relies on best care practices so you can feel confident about your loved one’s care. With a secure Alzheimer’s and dementia area, we also provide diabetes management, home health and hospice care. A full calendar of activities, including entertaining performances, crafts and recreation, and restaurant-style dining enhance the camaraderie within our community.
