✨Introducing Dr. Emma!✨

Hey everyone! 👋🏼 We’ve got some exciting news to share! Meet Dr. Emma, our chiropractor stepping in for Dr. Bethany during her maternity leave.🤰🏻

Dr. Emma isn’t just passionate about chiropractic care; she’s also a devoted mom to two little ones, aged 2 years old and 6 months old! When she’s not in the office, you can find her outdoors, basking in the sun and creating cherished memories with her loved ones!

Fun facts about Dr. Emma:
- She’s known since the age of 14 that she wanted to be a chiropractor! 🙌🏼💪🏼
- Dr. Emma’s favorite season is SUMMER!☀️ Nothing beats cruising on a boat and feeling the warm sun on her skin. ⛱️🌊

We can’t believe how quickly November is passing! We wanted to remind everyone of our upcoming November office closures. 🍁🍂

We will be out of the office November 23rd-December 1st, with regular office hours resuming Monday, December 4th!

It’s common for moms to experience a variety of changes while pregnant, so there are several reasons why one may be experiencing back pain, round ligament pain, or pelvic floor discomfort. Here are a few of the likely culprits:

🌱Postural changes
🌱Hormone changes
🌱Weakened core strength
🌱Decrease in or lack of movement

Hi TKC Family!! Mark your calendars for Saturday, July 31st!

You know I LOVE supporting local women’s wellness groups and moms, so we are teaming up with:

To help sponsor the 1st Diaper Dash including a 5k and Kid’s Fun Run. This event will not only help babies get diapers, but it’ll be an awesome event to connect with other wellness groups and individuals in Kansas City!

Happy Bottoms is an incredible non-profit organization who provide diapers to fill the “diaper gap” for families in Kansas City that need help. Up to 22,000 kids in KC need diaper assistance. Parents are missing work or school because they are unable to provide necessary diapers for childcare. This is where Happy Bottoms comes in.

Here are the details:
Arrive at 8 am to Shawnee Mission Park, Shelter 1.
The 5K race starts at 8:30 am.
The kids fun run starts at 9:15 am.

There is NO entry fee! However, we are asking for donations that directly support Happy Bottoms if you are so inclined! $20 for the 5K and $10 for the kids run.
