Patients always ask which procedures deliver the most impact with the least downtime, and blepharoplasty is consistently at the top of that list.

For this patient, the upper lids had significant excess skin that was hooding the eye and creating heaviness across the entire upper face. The lower lids showed both fat prolapse and fine lines from years of skin laxity. Removing that upper lid skin alone opens the eye dramatically. Combined with lower lid fat repositioning and the chemical peel refining the texture underneath, the result is a completely refreshed eye area that looks natural and rested, not operated on.

Over time, aging-related laxity and fullness along the jawline and neck can soften definition and create heaviness beneath the chin. This patient wanted a more defined contour while still looking completely natural.

With a lower face and neck lift, we addressed the excess skin and underlying laxity contributing to her jowling and neck fullness. At 9 months post-op, she also underwent a minor submental skin revision to further refine the area beneath the chin. She is now 1 year out from her original surgery.
