Lower face, deep neck, eyes, brows + skin transformation

The jawline is sharper, the neck is clean and smooth, and the profile is completely transformed. Jowling is corrected, neck banding is gone, and the under-chin fullness is reduced. Over time, aging-related laxity and fullness along the jawline and neck can soften definition and create heaviness beneath the chin. This patient wanted a more defined contour while still looking completely natural.

With a lower face and neck lift, we addressed the excess skin and underlying laxity contributing to her jowling and neck fullness. At 9 months post-op, she also underwent a minor submental skin revision to further refine the area beneath the chin. She is now 1 year out from her original surgery.
