Not every nose surgery is straightforward.

This was a complex tertiary revision rhinoplasty after multiple prior procedures. The patient came in with several cartilage grafts from a previous surgery that were affecting both the look of her nose and her ability to breathe.

During revision rhinoplasty, seven grafts were removed, the nasal tip was carefully rebuilt and refined, and the internal nasal structures were corrected to restore proper airflow.

One year post-op, she’s breathing comfortably with no nasal obstruction, and her nose looks balanced, natural, and stable.
