Even after 100s of surgeries I still like computer morphing. It helps me define the slope and tip position in my mind - and pre-op planning makes the procedure go that much more smoothly. & can be great communication tool with patients to make sure we’re on the same page!

Thanks to our patient for letting us share her B&A photos! She underwent a 30min procedure in our office, without sedation, and cruised to this result 2 months later. She’s been awesome during her recovery.

We performed cervical liposuction via 3 ports and skin tightening to highlight her jawline and cervicomental angle. We expect even more tightening to come over the next few months!

This patient is a good friend of our practice and has a big day last week and is a model on how to heal quickly and beautifully. I want to hire her to give me & our patients recovery advice!

She underwent deep plane facelift, deep neck lift, fat grafting and rhinoplasty. She was kind enough to let us show pics of her on the table. We sloped the dorsum and contoured her nasal tip. It will all continue to settle naturally and, with all the work she’s put in, will quickly be a natural, feminine result as the weeks pass.

3 months after for our beautiful patient who’s also medial professional! She’s healing up beautifully.
We brought down the bridge and created a subtle slope. We thinned the overlying skin envelope and placed deep tacking sutures to help create tip contour along with cartilage contouring. We also straightened the septum to help with breathing. Thanks to her for letting us share these pics!

Our patient is 2 months out from a upper&lower and fat grafting and she’s healing beautifully! Thanks to her for letting us share.

My favorite part is the new neck contour. To achieve this we performed deep neck sculpting - partially removing submandibular glands and deep volume and tightening the muscles in the neck. Then we lifted and volumized the lateral neck and face.

The blepharoplasty and fat grafting also help rejuvenate her eyes, temples and cheeks.

As time passes swelling below her neck will continue to improve and the incisions will get even less perceptible. ❤️👩‍🦳
