As we move through the holiday season, it's important to take a pause to center and reset the nervous system. We invite you to take this pause with us on December 21st as we welcome the winter solstice.

Using breath work and slow gentle flow, we will ignite our inner 🔥 to build heat and release in the body and mind. We will top off our practice with a short grounding meditation and a longer savasana.

Early bird registration remains open for our 300 hour teacher training beginning January 9th.

This is an opportunity for Kansas City area yoga teachers to advance their teaching knowledge and skills at the local level.

This training will be held in person at Radiant Yoga Studio in Overland Park, Kansas. The teacher trainers have been hand selected and have extensive training and knowledge in their area of expertise to make sure you get the best training possible.

Make 2026 your year to level up in your role as a yoga teacher.

We will move at a slower pace, allowing time for introspection. Using our breath to build internal heat, we will encourage a deeper release in the body.
