The next Restore the Core Session starts Sunday 1/20/13. 8 week session, Sundays from 6:45-7:45 (alternate time for Super Bowl).

8 classes- $80
Pick 4- $48
Drop-in (returning students only)- $15

New student enrollment fee is $59.

There are 7 spots remaining, and the first 3 to sign up for all 8 classes will receive a Restore the Core DVD at 1/2 price!

Restore the Core starts 1.15 (that's next Sunday). 8 weeks, Sundays from 5:30-6:30 at First Choice Chiropractic. Check out the link for more details. I need a minimum of 4 to run the class. Maximum is 10.
