JQ was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING💣💥. She really took the time to educate me and be like a coach when she didnt have to. She was always patient and I felt like she was right there on the journey with me. Was even willing to go over my blood work with me and tell me what to look for as a bodybuilder. She believed in me and told me its never to late to be a competitor. She is a Professional Fitness Competitor ( I.F.B.B PRO Athlete) but really she is a Professional at being at Sincere, Uplifting, Kind and Beautiful person all around. I want the thank her sincerely for that❤️. The staff was really nice and Gary is a GREAT and funny guy too😄. Very clean facility, everything works, smells good, 24 hrs, very versatile equipment and the dumbells go up to 120lbs💪🤗. They offer training, boxing, stretching, massage, you name it!!!! I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS WHAT SO EVER!!! Even canceling was a quick and easy process. I wish I could have stayed longer. Go check it out and become a member ASAP!!! You won't regret it🏋‍♀️🙂👍🫶
