If you are 50 years of age or older I have a question for you. Are you starting to notice that your balance is not quite what it used to be? Understanding Movement and balance can help restore or keep the balance you have. Most people do balance exercises wrong by raising the leg in front of you. You should be in a walking or stepping forward motion with a foot behind you. Dry Needling. What do you know about it? Dry needling is not acupuncture. It was designed to go after trigger points imbedded in muscle. Range of motion exams can help determine how well you move. When a muscle develops a trigger point the muscle can no longer move through the range of motion. Dry needling the trigger point breaks this up and allows the muscle to heal and move.
