✨️Horse Liniment:Fractionated coconut oil•Birch•Clove•Peppermint
🤔 Now remember: you ALWAYS want to do your research on specific essential oils, AND everybody's body is different - Honor what is safe and right for you!
🫡Some oils are generally regarded as safe, and some are known as hot oils, meaning you may NOT want to use topically OR you will want to be very, very careful in inhalation use or potential topical use.
🫡Essential oils are HIGHLY concentrated - a few drops will go a LONG way. Our late and great Rev. Kat would always say: "You can always add more oil, but you can't take droplets of oil out!" So, go with the advice of less is best!
🫡If you do use essential oils topically, do your own research and be mindful of your own body and its sensitivities. If your oil is regarded as generally safe topically and you have no prior sensitivities, try a test spot on your skin to make sure there is no reaction.
✨️This blend is used with caution as it contains birch oil and clove. This oil will assist in easing muscle and joint soreness while promoting anti-inflammatory pain relief.
