Performance Rehab, KC Rehab, and PT Partners came together last week to celebrate the season and the people who make all of this possible. 🎄

Our holiday party at No Other Pub was filled with great food, drinks, laughs, and a little friendly competition. More than anything, it was a chance to step away from the clinic, connect outside of work, and make memories together as one team.

We’re incredibly grateful for this group, the energy they bring every day, and the culture we continue to build together. Here’s to ending the year on a high note and heading into the new one even stronger. ❤️

You’ve probably seen these before, but what do they actually do?

Cupping therapy is a technique our physical therapists may use to help improve mobility, reduce muscle tension, and support recovery. By creating gentle suction on the skin, cupping can help increase blood flow to targeted areas and promote tissue movement.

Like everything we do, cupping is just one tool in a personalized treatment plan and is always used with purpose.

Have questions about cupping or wondering if it might be right for you? Our team is happy to help.

💡 Did you know?

Walking uses more than 200 muscles each time you take a step! 🚶‍♂️

Your legs, hips, core, and even muscles that help with balance all work together to create smooth, coordinated movement, and that’s exactly the kind of teamwork physical therapy helps support and improve. 💪

Keep moving. It’s more powerful than you think!🚶

Our Story

Performance Rehab is a therapist-owned physical therapy practice with four clinic locations in Overland Park, Kansas. Our physical therapy staff is dedicated to excellence in patient care quality and delivery. We provide patients with a full spectrum of effective, outpatient rehabilitative care from physical therapy to sports medicine services to industrial injury rehabilitation. We are a multidisciplinary center that specializes in post trauma and surgical rehabilitation, pre and post-season training, and general body maintenance/conditioning programs. Performance Rehab was founded in 2006 in order to provide the highest quality of physical therapy to the Kansas City area. We have assembled a team of highly qualified physical therapists all with unique skills sets and open minds in order to seamlessly integrate treatment methods to efficiently take care of our patient’s needs. This is why local physicians not only consistently refer patients to our facility, but also why they come to us when injured. By utilizing the latest and most efficient treatment methods that meet your specific problem, we can guarantee your success!
