Gut health is all the rage right now! We have begun to realize and understand just how important our guts/intestines/bowels/small & large intestines are to our overall health.
π§ Our brains and our guts interact constantly to maintain healthy homeostasis.
π70-80% of our immune systems is contained within our guts!
π₯Hormone regulation happens in our guts.
π
Digestion and proper nutrient/vitamin absorption all happens in our guts.
If our bowels are in poor health the communication between our brain and gut are not working as it should. This leads to hormone disregulation, little-to-no absorption of the essential vitamins/minerals/nutrients that our bodies require to function properly, and we fall victim to autoimmune diseases, mental illness, allergies and eczema, etc, etc, etc.
Also, if you have a healthy gut, you'll shed some pounds naturally π
I'm a poor gut health survivor and I'm here to help!
A gut full of healthy bacteria may reduce your risk of arthritis, depression, cardiovascular disease and cancer.
