Dr. David had an awesome weekend, he got double gold medals at his jujitsu tournament! He trained very hard for months to get ready and his diet was absolutely perfect. His preparation was not only on the mat but lots of cardio and weight training too. He lives the True Health lifestyle and competes to stay extra sharp! Well done. Special shout out to Gracie Barra Overland Park for awesome coaching and a great place to train for all ages.
