Here are some frequently asked questions about baby adjustments, answered by Dr. Grabouski and Ace!

✨How soon after birth can my baby be adjusted?
There is no minimum time frame. Bring them in to get checked as early as you’d like. Many babies receive gentle chiropractic care within their first few weeks as birth can be tough on their little bodies.

✨Does it hurt?
Not at all. Adjustments for babies are incredibly gentle. The pressure used is about the same as checking the ripeness of a tomato! (Some babies sleep through the whole thing; most fall asleep right after, like Ace)

✨What do you look for when adjusting babies?
Tight musculature, decreased motion in a particular joint, posture, certain head tilts, if your baby favors looking in one direction versus the other, and more. Anything that could be causing your baby discomfort.

✨What do adjustments help with?
So many things! Head tilted to one side, difficulty latching, colic and fussiness, constipation and/or gas, acid reflux, trouble sleeping, ear infections, immune system response, supporting physical development... the list goes on!

🩵 Leah had her baby February 19. Both mom and baby are doing great!

Dr. Justin Grabouski provides the best in modern chiropractic care to the Overland Park, Olathe, Leawood, and Johnson County, KS communities. We are a family practice treating patients from as young as 3 days old to 93 years old, utilizing a gentle adjustment technique that is safe and effective for patients of all ages.

Dr. Grabouski specializes in corrective chiropractic care, with emphasis on back pain, neck pain, headaches & migraines, infertility, prenatal & pediatrics, scoliosis, sciatica, sports injuries, car accident injuries, whiplash, and more. His passion is helping patients discover their new path to health and wellness through life-changing chiropractic care.

Our goal has always been to help as many people as possible, and in our 10th year of practice, we believe we are doing that because of our amazing patients and their referrals.
