We offer small group classes led by a certified trainer who will motivate you to perform at your best. Each class is designed to challenge you physically and mentally. We are member-focused, provide individual instruction, and are encouraging! We strive to bring health and fitness to all individuals, regardless of their current fitness level. Beware, we are not a globo-gym! We have no ellipticals, no smoothie bar, no mirrors, and no excuses!!! Just an effective workout designed daily to suit each individual's needs. I’ve been a member at Goat House CrossFit in Overland Park since 2013. When I first started, I was out of shape, had never trained with weights, and wasn’t a fan of cardio. I’d heard rumors about CrossFit injuries, but now, years later, I’m 48 years old, stronger, with more energy than I ever imagined, and in the best shape of my life. The programming has been a game changer for me—I get the guidance I need, a clear plan to follow, and the motivation to push myself.

The gym has a welcoming, boutique atmosphere with members of all ages and skill levels. It’s the perfect place for anyone looking to build strength, boost energy, and improve their overall health in a supportive community. Goat House CrossFit has been a key part of my fitness journey, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!
